After hearing for some time, as this Court was not inclined to grant relief, the learned counsel for the applicant, upon instructions, seeks liberty to withdraw the application.

Taking into consideration that the applicant was arrested on 6.6.2025 i.e. date of registration of offence, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the Sessions Court, for grant of regular bail, after a period of six months, in case there is no substantial progress in the trial and if it is found that the applicant is not responsible for the delay in trial.
