The applicant seeks regular bail in connection with crime no.338 of 2024, registered with Kopargaon Gramin Police Station, District Ahmednagar for the offences punishable under sections 103(1), 352, 351(2), 351(3), 109 of the BNS and u/s 4/25 of the Arms Act.

This is successive bail application of the applicant. Previous application filed by the applicant before this Court vide bail application no.318 of 2025 has been rejected by this Court vide order dated 7.4.2025. While rejecting the application, this Court referred to evidence against the applicant and particularly, specific allegations made in the FIR.

Learned advocate appearing for applicant submits that till this date charge is not framed or evidence is not yet started. However, that itself cannot be a ground for grant of bail. No change in circumstances required to entertain successive bail application has been brought to the notice of this Court. 4.

In result, application stands rejected.
