This is an application for grant of bail in connection with F.I.R. No. 427 of 2024 dated 05th November, 2024 registered with Naldurg Police Station, Dist. Dharashiv for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1), 351(2) and 351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 2.

At the outset, learned A.P.P. submits that in the present matter, the recording of evidence of prosecution is completed and even the pursis closing the evidence is filed on record and the matter is now fixed for final argument. He further submits that even statement under Section 313 of Code of Criminal Procedure is recorded, so also the arguments are completed on 09th March, 2026. Now the proceeding before the trial Court is fixed for filing of case laws on 25th March 2026. He thus submits that the matter is at fag end. 1 / 2
