Learned A.P.P. waives service for the respondent. 4.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant was arrested on 29.11.2025 and has remained in custody since that date. It is further submitted that the first death anniversary of the applicant's father falls on 28.01.2026. The applicant's physical presence is essential to perform the necessary religious rites and rituals associated with the occasion. As such, prays for the release of the applicant on interim bail for one day. 5.
The learned A.P.P. opposes the application, citing the gravity and severity of the alleged offence.

Considering that the death anniversary is scheduled for 28.01.2026, I am inclined to exercise judicial discretion on humanitarian grounds. To enable the applicant to attend and participate in death rituals of the father of the applicant, the
14-BA-141-26.odt applicant is hereby granted interim bail for the day of 28.01.2026. 7.
Applicant, Yogesh Ravindra Udavant, shall be released on temporary bail in connection with Crime No. 0331 of 2025, dated 25.11.2025, registered at Kopargaon Rural Police Station, Taluka Kopargaon, District Ahmednagar, for offences punishable under Sections 331(3), 331(4), 317(2), 317(4), and 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. This release is subject to the applicant furnishing a P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand), along with one or two local solvent sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court. 8.
During the period of interim bail, the applicant is directed to provide his detailed residential address and active mobile number to both the concerned Police Station and this Court to ensure his availability.

Furthermore, the applicant shall strictly refrain from influencing any prosecution witnesses or tampering with the evidence in any manner, directly or indirectly. 10.
Upon completion of the designated period, the applicant shall surrender himself before the concerned jail authorities on 29.01.2026. Any breach of these conditions shall entail the immediate cancellation of this interim bail and further legal consequences.
