When the bail application was decided by the Trial Court. 01.01.2026, it was noted that the Investigating Officer was absent. 2.

When the matter was listed before this Court on 16.03.2026, the learned APP showed inability to place the record as the Investigating Officer was not present. The matter was kept today as on 16.03.2026, the learned APP had submitted he would keep the Investigating Officer along with papers, present.

Leaned APP submits that though he had communicated with the concerned Police Station on 17.03.2026 regarding production of necessary papers and asking to Investigating Officer to remain present along with case 145 BA 180.2026.odt

papers, there is absolutely no communication on the part of the Investigating Officer of Crime No. 83 of 2025 attached to Palam Police Station, District Parbhani.

In that view of matter, the Superintendent of Police, Parbhani is directed to file his personal affidavit explaining non co-operation by the Investigating Officer, on or before 27th March, 2026. It is made clear that if affidavit is not filed by that day, Superintendent of Police, Parbhani will have to remain present before this Court on 30th March, 2026 at 10.30 a.m. (RAJNISH R.
