After hearing for some time when this Court expressed disinclination to grant bail, learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw bail application. However, it is pointed out by learned counsel for the applicant that the progress of the trial in Sessions Case No.247 of 2022 is very slow.

Learned APP submits that the matter is due for recording of evidence and already instructions have been given to proceed with the trial expeditiously and all endeavour shall be made to conclude the trial speedily. The statement of learned APP can be accepted.

Bail application is permitted to withdraw with a request to the Presiding Officer to proceed with Sessions Case No.247 of 2022 expeditiously and to conclude within a period of eight

(8) weeks from today.
