The applicant is arrested in connection with Crime No. 0751 of 2025 registered with MIDC Police Station, Dist. Latur dated 08.10.2025 for the offences punishable under section 109, 118(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 351(3), 189(2), 191(2), 191(3), 190 read with 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (B.N.S.) and, thereafter section 103(1) of the B.N.S. was also added. In connection with the same, the applicant is arrested on 21.10.2025. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant has placed on record the schedule of Second Term Examination of BAMS Third Year Amle Batch - 2025 - 26 (A.Y. 2021- 2 BA / 2331 / 2025 22) Periodic Assessment st (PA Third). The examination is scheduled to commence on 16.02.2026 and will conclude on 25.02.2026.

Since the applicant is a student, in order to avoid academic loss to the applicant, I am exercising the discretion, to grant temporary bail forthwith, to the applicant for the period of examination i.e. 16.02.2026 till 25.02.2026. The applicant shall surrender before the concerned Court on 26.02.2026. 4.

This shall be subject to executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty Thousand only) with one or two local solvent sureties in the like amount, in connection with Crime No. 0751 of 2025 registered with MIDC Police Station, Dist. Latur dated 08.10.2025 for the offences punishable under section 103(1), 109, 118(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 351(3), 189(2), 191(2), 191(3), 190 read with 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 5.

The applicant shall provide his detailed address and mobile number/s to the concerned Police Station and the Court. 6.

The applicant shall not influence any of the prosecution witnesses or tamper with the evidence, in any manner. 7.
