Learned counsel for the applicant on instructions seeks leave to withdraw this bail application with liberty to approach Sessions Court in view of subsequent development of releasing of co-accused on bail.

It is made clear that on earlier occasion while passing order on 02.02.2026 application for bail was permitted to be withdrawn. It would be open for Sessions Court to deal with the application as well as subsequent events.
