IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY

BENCH AT AURANGABAD 930 BAIL APPLICATION NO. 286 OF 2026 RAJSINGH ALIAS KULDIPSINGH SHAMSINGH KALANI

VERSUS

THE STATE OF MAHARASHTRA ...

Advocate for Applicant : Mr. Jadhav Satej S.

APP for Respondent/s-State : Mr. N. R. Dayma. ...

CORAM : SHAILESH P. BRAHME, J.

DATE : 17.04.2026 PER COURT :- 1.

Heard both sides.

2.

It is fairly conceded by learned counsel Mr. Jadhav appearing for the applicant that on the last occasion, Bail Application No.1184 of 2025 was withdrawn and directions were given by order dated 03.10.2025 to conclude the trial within a period of three (3) months. It has not been concluded and only a witness or two are examined thereafter. 3.

Learned APP assures this Court that instructions would be given so as to examine the remaining witnesses promptly. The prosecution is ready to co-operate the Court for expeditious disposal of the trial.

930-BA.286-26.odt 4.

Already six (6) months are over from passing of last order and progress of the trial is very slow and insignificant. The Presiding Officer is expected to proceed with the trial expeditiously when already directions to that effect were passed on 03.10.2025. As a last indulgence, this Court expects the conclusion of the trial and grant extension of six (6) months more from today. All endeavour shall be made to conclude the trial, the failure of which shall entail liberty to the applicant to approach directly to the High Court or Trial Court for seeking bail.

5.

Bail application is disposed of with above directions. (SHAILESH P. BRAHME, J.) ...
