Heard both sides. Applicant is seeking enlargement on bail in respect of offence bearing Cr. No. 683/2025 registered with Karjat Police Station, Tq. Karjat, Dist. Ahilyanagar for the offences punishable U/Sec. 64, 64(1), 333, 351(2) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

Applicant is alleged to have committed rape on the victim at early hours of 17.12.2025 when her husband was away by tress passing her house.

Applicant is arrested on 17.12.2025. Charge sheet is filed
2 926 ba 308.26 on 02.02.2026. The respondent No. 2 victim has filed affidavit in reply supporting applicant's claim for bail. Parties are related interese.

Admittedly, victim is major and having three children. Medico legal report does not support the prosecution theory. Case is made out to enlarge the applicant on bail. I, therefore, pass following order.

A.
The bail application is allowed.
B.
Applicant - Krushna Sadashiv Shinde shall be released on bail in respect of Cr. No. 683/2025 registered with Karjat Police Station, Tq. Karjat, Dist. Ahilyanagar for the offences punishable U/Sec. 64, 64(1), 333, 351(2) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 on condition of furnishing P. R. bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousands only) with one solvent surety of like amount. C.
The applicant shall not tamper with prosecution evidence or contact with the prosecution witnesses.

Bail application is disposed of.
