Learned counsel Mrs. Rashmi Kularni for the applicant would submit that her client was not supplied with copies of medico legal report of the victims. It is further submitted that there is absence of complete transcription of C.C.T.V. footage. 2.

Learned A. P. P. submits that only two victims are subjected to medical examination and he is ready to supply copies of the reports.

Learned A. P. P. shall supply the relevant reports to the applicant. List this matter on 09.04.2026.
