It is informed by the learned advocate Mr. Ghanekar, appearing for the applicants that he has filed his power on behalf of the applicants and submits that when the Sessions Court rejected their bail application, charge sheet was not filed. It is filed during the pendency of present bail application.

Learned counsel on instruction submits that he wants to withdraw the bail application with liberty to file fresh application before the Sessions Court. My attention is also adverted to order passed yesterday.

Bail application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
