The applicant is seeking enlargement on bail in respect of offence bearing Crime No.367 of 2025, registered with Shivaji Nagar Police Station, District Latur, for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1), 109(1), 126(2), 352, 3(5) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.

The co-accused Vaibhav Swami has been enlarged on bail by order dated 30.03.2026 passed in Bail Application No.281 of 2026. Copy of the order is placed on record by learned counsel appearing for the applicant. In the present matter, applicant is arrested on 18.09.2025. Considering the

allegations levelled against the applicant, I find that he is also entitled to bail on the ground of parity.

I adopt the same reasons which is recorded in order dated 30.03.2026 in Bail Application No.281 of 2026 for releasing the applicant Vaibhav on bail. I, therefore, pass the following order :

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant SHUBHAM JAYPAL PATANGE shall be released on bail in Crime No.367 of 2025, registered with Shivaji Nagar Police Station, District Latur, for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1), 109(1), 126(2), 352, 3(5) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita on furnishing P. R. bond of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousands only) with one solvent surety of like amount on the following conditions :

(a) The applicant shall not tamper with prosecution evidence or contact with the prosecution witnesses.

(b) The applicant shall furnish his mobile/cell phone number and address to the Investigating Officer.

(c) The applicant shall surrender his Aadhar and PAN cards.

(d) The applicant shall co-operate the Investigating Officer for furnishing any information, if required.

(iii) Bail application is disposed of accordingly.
