After hearing for some time, when this court is not inclined to grant bail to the applicant, learned counsel for the applicant on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the bail application. Learned counsel further submits that charge has not been framed and the trial is not likely to commence in near future. Applicant is behind bar since 12.10.2025. He is seeking liberty to file application if the trial does not commence. 2.
