The applicant is seeking bail in Crime No. 059 of 2024 registered at Shanipeth Police Station, District - Jalgaon for the offences punishable under section 376(2)(f), 376(2)(n), 376(3) of the Indian Penal Code and under section 4, 5(l), 5(n), 6 of the POCSO Act.

A preliminary objection is raised by the respondents that this is successive bail application. The earlier order dated 14.08.2025 passed in BA / 2240 / 2024 has not been disclosed in the application. The trial is underway.

The submissions are advanced by counsel for the applicant on merits.

This Court expressed disinclination to grant relief. Preliminary objection of the respondents has substance. 7.
Learned counsel Mr. Sant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application.
