The applicant is seeking bail in respect of offence bearing Crime No.48 of 2026, registered with Pachod Police Station, District Chh. Sambhajinagar Rural, for the offence punishable under Section 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act and 3, 25 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that at the relevant time applicant is found with country made pistol and he was not having licence. He is arrested on 04.02.2026.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is ready to abide by any condition imposed by this
Court. He ensures that he will not indulge in such type of activity in future.

Per contra, learned APP submits that investigation is under way and there is clinching material to show involvement of the applicant.

I have gone through First Information Report and papers. Applicant is not involved in serious offence inviting major punishment. No antecedents are reported against him. It is desirable to enlarge him on bail on certain conditions :
O R D E R
(i) Bail Application is allowed.
(ii) Applicant VISHAL LAHU PALVE shall be released on bail in Crime No.48 of 2026, registered with Pachod Police Station, District Chh. Sambhajinagar Rural, for the offence punishable under Section 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act and 3, 25 of the Arms Act on furnishing P. R. bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousands only) with one solvent surety of like amount on the following conditions : (a) The applicant shall co-operate the Investigating Officer and attend the Police Station as and when required by him.
(b) The applicant shall not indulge in similar type of any such offence.
(iii) Bail application is disposed of accordingly.
