The applicant is seeking regular bail in connection with Crime No. 513/2025, registered with Bidkin Police Station, District Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar for the offences punishable under Sections 109, 79, 189(2), 191(2), 191(3), 190, 351(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3.
A report was lodged by injured informant that co-accused Chetan was given money by Sukhadeo, who happened to be son of the informant. When he was requested to refund, he started abusing, as he was drunk. The coaccused is alleged to have made indecent demand. When his conduct was objected, co-accused Chetan is alleged to have assaulted Sukhadeo by 1/3
stick on head. The applicant is also present and is alleged to have caused injuries by iron rod to informant, Sukhadeo and Swati. 4.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is entitled to be released on bail on the ground of parity. Co-accused is attributed main assault. Applicant is behind bars since 11.09.2025. The charge-sheet is filed on 05.12.2025.

Learned A.P.P. points out the injury caused to Sukhadeo, which is grievous in nature and on vital party of the body. It is submitted the a specific role is attributed to the applicant. He is involved in serious offence. 6.
Co-accused Chetan assaulted Sukhadeo on head by stick and he further assaulted on face. Only allegation against the applicant is that he caused injuries by iron rod to informant, Swati and Sukhadeo. The injuries caused to Sukhadeo is grievous in nature and multiple. The allegations against the applicant is venial.

The grievance of the informant and her family members is against coaccused Chetan, who is alleged to have avoided the repayment and made indecent demand. This Court has already enlarged Chetan on bail vide order dated 24.02.2026. The applicant is also entitled to be released on bail on the ground of parity. I propose to accept the same reasons as is done in case of Chetan vide order dated 24.02.2026. I, therefore, pass following order :
(i) Bail Application is allowed.
(ii) Applicant Desel s/o Pandurang Kale, be released on bail, on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rs. Fifty Thousand) with one or two local solvent sureties, in the like amount, in connection with Crime No. 513/2025 registered with Bidkin Police Station, Dist. Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar for the offences punishable under Sections 109, 79, 189(2), 2/3
191(2), 191(3), 190, 351(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, on the following conditions :- (a) The Applicant shall not pressurize the prosecution witnesses and tamper with the prosecution evidence, in any manner.
(b) The Applicant shall attend the trial on each and every date unless exempted by the Trial Court. (c) The Applicant shall submit Aadhar and Pan Cards to the Investigating Officer and detailed address and phone numbers of the Applicant and two of the near relatives. (d) The Applicant shall not enter the village Bazartal Bidkin till conclusion of the trial.
(e) In case of breach of any of the conditions by the Applicant, it is open for the prosecution to move concerned Court seeking cancellation of bail.
(iii) Needless to state that, nothing stated hereinabove shall be construed as an expression on merits of the case. Learned Trial court shall proceed independently and uninfluenced by the observations made hereinabove. 8.
Bail application is disposed of.
