The applicant is seeking bail on medical ground. 3.

The applicant is behind bar since 06.06.2024. Yesterday this matter was heard for some time. Learned counsel for the applicant tendered on record medical papers showing deteriorating condition of the applicant. It was informed by the doctor treating the applicant that the condition is very serious and relatives are directed to be apprised. 4.

Yesterday, learned A.P.P. was asked to take instructions regarding status of the treatment and health of the applicant. Learned A.P.P. tenders on record written instructions received from the Investigating Officer along with hand written letter dated 26.03.2026. The ailment of the applicant is disclosed. It is further informed that he is operated today and his condition is stated to be very serious. Final diagnosis has also been disclosed by the medical officer treating him.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that though condition is 1/2

956 BA 563 26.odt very serious, the relatives of the applicant are ready to offer further treatment to save life. They are ready to run risk by even shifting the patient from Civil Hospital.

In that view of the matter, I propose to grant interim bail to the applicant on medical ground.

The applicant shall be released on bail in connection with Crime No. 187/2024 registered with Virgaon Police Station, Dist. Chh. Sambhajinagar Rural, for the offences punishable under Section 302, 307, 143, 147, 148, 149, 504 of the Indian Penal Code, on furnishing P.R. bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rs. Twenty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of like amount on following conditions :

(I) The applicant shall be released on bail temporarily for four weeks only on condition that he shall surrender by 25.04.2026.

(II) The applicant shall not misuse the liberty granted to him.
