The applicant is seeking regular bail in connection with Crime No. 06/2024, registered with Jalkot Police Station, District Latur, for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 143, 147, 148, 149 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 5/25 of the Arms Act.

It is reported by the informant that there was some dispute between her son Mahesh and co-accused Amit over online business. She was informed on 13.01.2024 that her son and deceased Vikas were assaulted by the accused. She rushed to the

2 bs 640.26 spot and found them in injured condition. Vikas is alleged to have been assaulted by Amit by knife, who was aided by Sudarshan. Her son is alleged to have been assaulted by Prakash. It is specifically alleged that applicant aided other accused for assaulting informant's son.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the coaccused Sudarshn has already been released on bail vide order dated 26.03.2026, which is annexed to the bail application. On the ground of parity, he is entitled to be released. The investigation is over. No antecedents are reported against him. 5.

Per contra, learned A. P. P. submits that this is successive bail application. On earlier occasion application was withdrawn. 6.

Lastly applicant had withdrawn his bail application on 14.01.2026. Applicant approached sessions court by application Exhibit 51 on the ground of parity. It was rejected on 06.02.2026. Applicant is entitled to claim parity. 7.

The role attributed to the applicant and Sudarshan is identical. Both of them helped main perpetrator to commit assault. Applicant is alleged to have helped Mahesh, when Prakash was assaulting him. The co-accused Sudarshn is alleged to have held deceased Vikas, when Amit was assaulting him. I propose to adopt the same reasons which are assigned for releasing Sudarshn on bail vide order dated 26.03.2026. No

3 bs 640.26 further purpose would be served in detaining the applicant in jail. I, therefore, pass following order.

O R D E R

A.

The bail application is allowed.

B.

Applicant - Satish Sukraj Waghmare shall be released on bail in respect of Crime No. 06/2024, registered with Jalkot Police Station, District Latur, for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 143, 147, 148, 149 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 5/25 of the Arms Act on condition of furnishing P. R. bond and S. B. of Rs. 50,000/- (Rs. Fifty thousands only) with one solvent surety of like amount. C.

The applicant shall not tamper with prosecution evidence or contact with the prosecution witnesses.

D.

The applicant shall furnish information about his whereabouts and furnish cell/mobile number and shall further inform the investigating officer any change in future. E.

The applicant shall stay away from entire Jalkot taluka, Dist. Latur till conclusion of the trial.

F.

Bail application is disposed of.
