The death certificate of the father of the applicant is tendered on record.

Learned counsel for the applicant is seeking extension of temporary bail, the duration of which is to expire on 27 April 2026. 3.

I have gone through the impugned order dated 31.03.2026 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Shahada, granting temporary bail to the applicant so as to enable him to appear for examination. The application of bail on merits is rejected by the Sessions Court. He is directed to surrender bail on 27 April 2026. Hence, the applicant has filed present application on 16.04.2026 due to subsequent event of death of father. The time is sought to be extended.

It is apparent that applicant's father died on 16.04.2026 during pendency of this application. On humanitarian ground, some time is required given to perform the last rites. Learned APP informs that he has received the papers of investigation. He seeks time. 5.

For the reasons stated above, clause (2) of the operative part of order dated 31.03.2026 shall stand deleted. The applicant shall remain on bail on same conditions till further orders of this Court. 6.

List this matter on 7 May 2026.
