The applicants are behind bars in respect of offence bearing Crime No.150 of 2026, registered with Chikalthana Police Station, District Chh. Sambhajinagar Rural, for the offences punishable under Sections 109, 189(2), 190, 191(2), 191(3), 115, 352, 351(2), 351(3) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita,
Section 135 of Maharashtra Police Act and Section 4/25 of Arms Act.

In Bail Application No.758 of 2026, the exigency of the examination of the applicant scheduled from 29.04.2026 to 06.05.2026 is pressed into service. In Bail Application No.767 of 2026 the wedding ceremony of applicant's sister Shivani scheduled on 30.04.2026 is pressed into service. Considering the exigencies, this Court is inclined to consider plea for temporary bail.

Learned counsel for the applicant in Bail Application No.758 of 2026 has tendered on record hall ticket. Applicant is appearing for University Examination of 2nd year of B.Sc. Semester IV. It is scheduled from 29.04.2026 to 06.05.2026. Applicant has to appear at the examination center which is at Shivraj Mahavidyalaya, Pimpalgaon, Taluka Bhokardan, District Jalna. In Bail Application No.767 of 2026 wedding invitation card is placed on record to show that wedding of Shivani is scheduled on 30.04.2026 at Satara Tanda, Taluka and District Chh. Sambhajinagar.

Learned APP submits that both applicants are involved in a serious offence. There is incriminating material against them
though their names are not spelt out in First Information Report. The investigation is stated to be under way. 6.
I find that the exigencies pressed into service in both the matters have not been controverted. No incriminating material so as to disqualify them even temporary bail is pointed out. It is pointed out by learned APP that the Investigating Officer proposes to conduct identification parade. The presence of both applicants is necessary and they be directed to surrender them furnishing bond of Rs.30,000/- each. I propose to grant temporary bail.

List these matters for final disposal on 09.06.2026. 8.
Meantime, applicants GAURAV DINKAR HUSE and PRAVIN RAJU CHAVAN shall be released on temporary bail on furnishing P. R. bond of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousands only) each with one solvent surety of like amount each on the following conditions :
(a) The applicants shall furnish their address and contact numbers to the Investigating Officer.
(b) The applicants shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence and contact the prosecution witnesses, in any manner.
(c) Both applicants shall report to the Investigating Officer immediately on 07.06.2026 between 10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.
(d) Thereafter, they shall report the Investigating Officer on every Thursday between above time to the Investigating Officer.
(e) Applicants shall make themselves available for test identification parade after 07.05.2026 as and when required by the Investigating Officer.
