1] Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

2] Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 28.01.2026. The learned APP waives notice for respondentState. 3] The applicant has approached this Court apprehending arrest in connection with FIR No.549/2025, registered with Satara Police Station, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar for the offence punishable under Section 69, 118 (1), 351 (2) of B.N.S.

4] Taking into consideration the nature of allegations made by the complainant, which spans over the period from month of August, 2025 till filing of the FIR, it

appears that there was a consensual relations between two major adults. The complainant is also shown to be aged 20 years and the applicant is aged 22 years. Hence, taking into consideration the above submission, I am inclined to protect the present applicant till the investigation papers are seen. Hence the following order :

ORDER

I] In the event of arrest of the applicant, he be released on furnishing P.R. bond of Rs.25,000/- [Rs. Twenty Five Thousand], with two solvent sureties in the like amount, in connection with FIR No.549/2025, registered with Satara Police Station, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar for the offence punishable under Section 69, 118 (1), 351 (2) of B.N.S., on the following conditions :

A] The applicant is directed to attend the concerned police station and report to the Investigating Officer on 09.01.2026, 10.01.2026, 16.01.2026, 17.01.2026, 23.01.2026 and 24.01.2026, between 11.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m.

B] The applicant shall also co-operate with the investigation.

C] The applicant shall not pressurize the prosecution witnesses and shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence, in any manner.

5] Needless to say, violation of any of the aforesaid conditions may entitle the prosecution to seek vacation of the interim relief granted herein above.

6] The Investigating Officer shall make available the investigation papers on the next date of hearing. 7] Stand over to 28.01.2026.
