Learned counsel for the applicant Mr. Ghule submits that the accused, who was identically charged with the offence i.e. Rohan Ganesh Rathod is already protected by this court vide order dated 6.11.2025 passed in ABA. No.1670 of 2025. The applicant is not named in the FIR and alleged of identical allegations. Hence, the applicant deserves to be protected on the principles of parity.
