P.C. :- 1.

Mr. Bhagure, learned counsel for the complainant, informs the Court that after obtaining the interim orders, the applicant is threatening the victim and her family members. 2.

The learned APP informs that though the applicant has attended the police station in pursuance to the interim order passed by this Court, the applicant has failed to cooperate the investigation and he is not ready to conduct the medical examination required for completion of investigation.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is ready to cooperate with the investigation and disputes the non-cooperation as submitted by the Investigating Officer. 4.

Be that as it may, the applicant is now directed to attend the Gondi police station, Dist. Jalna on 16th and 17th March, 2026 between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and cooperate with the investigation by giving necessary samples required for medical examination.

Failure on the part of the applicant to comply with the orders of this Court and any complaint of threats by the applicant to the victim and her family members would be taken serious note of, on the next date of hearing.
