1] The learned for the applicant submits that without registration of the FIR, the notices are issued to the applicant to remain present for the enquiry being conducted on some complaints filed by the complainant.

2] The Investigating Officer is present before this Court. The say filed by the complainant before the Sessions Court, as well as, the order, rejecting the bail application show that there is no registration of the FIR as of now. Thus, the apprehension of being arrested in the present application does not exist, as such, the application came to be rejected.

3] Today the learned APP, upon instructions, informs that there is no apprehension of the applicant

74.26ABA getting arrested and the applicant was called for enquiry upon the complaint made by the complainant.

4] Thus, in the aforesaid circumstances, the application for grant of anticipatory bail is sought to be withdrawn by the applicant.

5] Permission granted. The Anticipatory Bail Application is disposed of as withdrawn.
