The learned APP waives notice for State.

The learned Senior Counsel Mr. Rajendra Deshmukh for the applicant submits that the applicant is ready to cooperate with the investigation and the only reason for custody is for taking the voice sample of the applicant. The applicant is not having any criminal antecedents and is ready to abide by the conditions that may be imposed by this Court.

Thus, taking into consideration the above submissions, I am inclined to protect the applicant till the investigation papers are seen. Hence, the following order :-

O R D E R

[I] In the event of arrest of the applicant, in connection with Crime No. 009 of 2026 registered with Vedantnagar Police Station, District Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar for the

{2} 910 sr.no. ..odt offences punishable under Sections 7 and 7A of the Prevention of Corruption Act the applicant Sanjay Martand Jagtap be released on bail on furnishing PR Bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000/-, with one or more sureties in the like amount, on the following conditions :- [i] The applicant shall attend the concerned police station and report to the Investigating Officer on 9th, 10th, 16th, 17th and 23rd and 24th February, 2026 between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and shall cooperate with the investigation. [ii] The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.

[iii] The Investigating Officer shall make investigation papers available on next date of hearing.

[iv] The applicant shall submit his Aadhar and Pan card to the Investigating Officer alongwith mobile numbers and addresses of two of his near relatives and his current address.

[iv] Stand over to 4th March, 2026.
