1] After hearing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief to the present applicant on the ground of earlier rejection of his application, without liberty to approach this Court again, the learned counsel for the applicant, upon instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present application, with liberty to approach the learned Sessions Court for the same relief.

2] Permission is granted. The Anticipatory Bail Application is disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid.
