The matter was listed before this Court on 25.02.2026. Nobody was appeared on behalf of the Applicant, hence the matter was kept on 10.03.2026. On 10.03.2026, nobody appeared on behalf of the Applicant and following order was passed : "1. In the morning session, nobody appeared for the Applicant when the matter was called out. As such, it was kept back in the afternoon session.

2. In afternoon session also, when the matter is called out nobody appears.

3. By way of last chance, stand over to 11th March, 2026. If nobody appears tomorrow, the matter would be decided on its own merits." 2.

Today also when the matter is called out, nobody has appeared for the Applicant. It appears that the Applicant does not want to prosecute the application. Hence the application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
