The learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that inadvertently the receipt of the installment paid towards the loan amount taken by the Applicant from the MSRTC Bank is not that of the Applicant but of another borrower. The Applicant may therefore be permitted to place on record the correct receipt of payment of the installment to the bank.

The necessary amendment shall be carried out within a period of one week.
