The learned APP informs that the victim was intimated about the pendency of the present proceedings and an acknowledgment is produced on record. The learned APP further informs that the victim has given birth to a child and a request to preserve the DNA sample in a kit is already made to the concerned Hospital by the Investigating Officer. 2.

Since the Investigating Officer has taken note in the station diary about the intimation to the victim girl about the pendency of the present application for grant of anticipatory bail, however, nobody has put in appearance on behalf of respondent No.3. 3.

Smt. Ashwini Patil, Advocate is appointed to represent the respondent No.3 victim. The High Court Legal Services Sub Committee shall supply the necessary documents to the counsel appointed, who shall work out the matter on the next date of hearing. 4.
