Heard the learned counsel for the respective parties. 2.

At the outset, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant Ms. Patil, submits that the applicant is ready to deposit amount of Rs. 2 Lakhs to show her bonafides. She further submits that the applicant is unaware of the activities carried out by her husband, wherein, he has used the account of the applicant for committing the said crime. However, the applicant is ready to show her bonafides by depositing an amount of Rs. 2 Lakhs towards the outstanding loan of Rs. 2,88,000/-.

Thus, taking into consideration the aforesaid submissions I am inclined to protect the applicant, however, upon certain conditions. Hence the following order :

ORDER

(a) In the event of arrest of the Applicant -Preet Anand Kukdeja, in connection with Crime No. 219 of 2025, registered with Beed City Police Station, District Beed, for the offences

79aba466.26 punishable under Sections 318 (4), 316 (2), r/w 3 (5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, he be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousands) with two solvent sureties in the like amount, on the following conditions :

(i) The Applicant shall attend Beed City Police Station, District Beed on 15th and 16th of April, 2026, between 11:00 am. to 01:00 pm. and co-operate with the Investigating Officer.

(ii) The applicant shall deposit amount of Rs. 2 Lakhs (Two Lakhs Only) before the trial Court within a period of one week from today.

(iii) The interim protection is subject to the applicant depositing the amount of Rs. 2 Lakhs within a period of 2 weeks before the trial Court. Failure to deposit the aforesaid amount would result in vacation of the interim order, without reference to the Court. (iv) The Applicant shall not tamper with the evidence and shall appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required, apart from the days already mentioned above.

(v) The Investigating Officer shall make the investigation papers available for perusal of this Court. (vi) Stand over to 20.04.2026 for compliance.
