1] After hearing for sometime, the learned APP informs that the applicant has filed earlier application i.e. Anticipatory Bail Application No.148/2026, which came to be withdrawn by the applicant when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief to the present applicant, vide order dated 28.01.2026.

2] The learned counsel for the applicant, therefore, seeks liberty to withdraw the present application as this Court was not inclined to grant any relief to the present applicant.

3] Permission is granted. The Anticipatory Bail Application is disposed of as withdrawn.
