At the outset, learned counsel for the applicants seeks leave to withdraw the application insofar as Applicant No.1 - Mayur @ Pravin Sunil Aswar is concerned, as this Court was not inclined to grant interim relief to the said applicant, in view of the direct allegations of assault on a vital part attributed to him.

The Anticipatory Bail Application stands disposed of as withdrawn insofar as Applicant No.1 - Mayur @ Pravin Sunil Aswar is concerned.

Insofar as Applicant No.2 - Pankaj Sunil Aswar is concerned, learned counsel submits that the allegations pertain to assault on the hand and leg, and that the injuries do not corroborate the allegations. 5.
