At the outset, the learned APP submits that after passing of the order rejecting the Bail Application by the learned Sessions Judge, the Charge-sheet is filed in the said Crime. The present application is filed after filing of the charge-sheet. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant, upon instructions, therefore, prays for withdrawal of the application with liberty to move fresh application before the learned Sessions Judge. 3.
