The learned APP, on instructions, informs the Court that the victim has been duly intimated by the concerned police station regarding the pendency of these proceedings. A formal communication to this effect is placed on record. However, despite notice, no appearance has been entered on behalf of the victim.

In the interest of justice, Ms. Khan Sultana R., who is present in Court, is hereby appointed to represent Respondent No. 3 (Victim). 3.

The High Court Legal Aid Service Sub-Committee is directed to provide a complete set of the application and relevant documents to the appointed counsel forthwith.
