Permission is granted. The application stands disposed of as withdrawn insofar as applicant No. 1 - Sachin Ganesh Borude is concerned.

After hearing the matter for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief to applicant No. 2 - Ganesh Jagannath Borude, learned counsel for the applicants, upon instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application insofar as applicant No. 2 is concerned.
