Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

In fact applicant had filed application i.e. Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1746 of 2024 before this Court and this Court after showing disinclination to entertain the application, the application has been withdrawn.

Present application is again moved during the vacation. The applicant has not pointed out any change in circumstance. 4.

In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain the present application. The application is dismissed.
