JANUARY 27, 2026 CRIMINAL APPLICATION NO. 23/2026 The petitioner in-person submits that certain submissions made are missing in order passed by this Court on 6/1/2026. We have, in paragraph 4 of our order dated 6/1/2026, noted that the petitioner has restricted his prayer to quashing criminal proceeding, viz., Regular Criminal Case No. 3370/2022. His submission that the aforesaid prayer will include consequential prayer is also noted.

2] He, now submits that reference to consequential prayer made in paragraph 4 should include other prayers made by the petitioner in the Writ Petition. 3] These submissions cannot be entertained in a praecipe for speaking to minutes. We find this prayer to be in the nature of seeking clarification of the order, which can only be entertained under different jurisdiction but not under the application for Speaking to minutes.
