The application is for condonation of delay of 11 days in filing the application for restoration of writ petition No. 882/2025.

For the reasons set out in the application, the delay of 11 days is condoned. The application is disposed of accordingly.

CRIMINAL APPLICATION (APPW) NO. 52/2026 Heard.

This application is for restoration of the writ petition No. 882/2025. This Court by an order dated 02/12/2025 dismissed the writ petition for want of prosecution as none appears for the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that non-appearance on the part of the applicant is neither intentional nor deliberate and on 04/12/2025, the marriage of the Advocate Mr. M.R. Deshmukh who is representing the petitioner/applicant was scheduled, therefore he was not available on that day.

Considering the reasons mentioned above, I find that sufficient reason has been shown for restoration and accordingly the application is allowed.

The order dated 02/12/2025 is hereby recalled. Writ petition No.882/2025 be restored to its original position.

Application disposed of accordingly.

WRIT PETITION NO. 882/2025 Heard.

This Court by an order dated 10/11/2025 granted interim relief to the petitioner, the same would be continued till the next date.
