By this this application filed by the wife is seeking withdrawal of the amount deposited by the husband as per the direction of this Court.

The other side has no objection. For the reason stated in the application, application is allowed. 4.
The wife is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- deposited in this Court with an accrued interest, if any.

Both the counsel made joint request that there is element of settlement, therefore the matter be referred to the mediation.

Mr. S. Y. Deopujari, learned counsel is requested to act as a Mediator.

The parties shall appear before the learned Mediator on 23.03.2026 and thereafter as and when called by the learned Mediator.
