This Court, vide order dated 19.12.2025, disposed of Criminal Writ Petition No. 959/2025. Thereafter, the respondent/wife moved an application bearing Criminal Application No.60/2026 for withdrawal of an amount of Rs. 1 lakh deposited in this Court. Accordingly, this Court allowed the application and permitted the respondent/wife to withdraw the amount of Rs. 1 lakh along with accrued interest. However, both parties expressed their desire to refer the matter for mediation. Accordingly, the matter was referred for mediation, where it was settled, and an agreement to that effect has also been executed.

Considering all these facts and circumstances, no further orders are required.
