The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that there is inadvertent mistake in the Criminal Application [APPW] No.214/2025, as the said application was styled as Criminal Application [APPW] No.214/2025 in Criminal Writ Petition No.801/2024 and Criminal Writ Petition No.397/2023.

In fact, she submits that the said application was filed in Criminal Writ Petition No.397/2023 and, therefore, she seeks permission to amend the same by deleting number of Criminal Writ

12-Cr.WP-397-2023 Petition No.801/2024 from the title cause of the respective petitions.

Further, she submits that, in the order dated 26th September, 2025, permitting the applicant to withdraw the amount deposited by the husband, a consequential mistake had occurred. In fact, in place of Criminal Writ Petition No.801/2024, it should be Criminal Writ Petition No.397/2023, and the cause title of the parties should be Bharat Narnaware -Versus- Vaishali Narnaware. The corrections be made as under:- (i) Criminal Writ Petition No.801/2024 be replaced with Criminal Writ Petition No.397/2023;

(ii) Vaishali Narnaware -Versus- Bharat Narnaware be corrected as Bharat Narnaware -Versus- Vaishali Narnaware.

The Applicant is permitted to make necessary amendment in the Criminal Application [APPW] No.214/2025. After amendment, above corrections be carried out in the order dated 26th September, 2025, and the corrected copy be uploaded.

The application is, accordingly, allowed and disposed of.
