This is an application seeking permission for withdrawal of the amount of Rs.1,50,000/-, which was deposited by the petitioner husband as directed by this Court vide order dated 10.09.2025.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner/husband has no objection for the same.

Considering the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) :

"a.

Allow the present application and permit the Respondent No.1 to withdraw the amount of Rs.1,50,000/- deposited by the Petitioners in this Hon'ble Court pursuant to the order dated 10.09.2025, along with accrued interest, if any."
