For the reasons stated in the application, the delay is condoned. The application stands disposed of.

Criminal Application (APPA) No.80/2026.

The applicant/petitioner has filed the present application for restoration of Writ Petition, wherein the petitioner sought a declaration that the arrest of the petitioner was illegal. 2.

During the pendency of the writ petition, office objections were raised, which were not removed within the stipulated time. Consequently, the writ petition stood dismissed for non-removal of office objections. 3.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposes restoration, contending that the applicant/petitioner lacked diligence in prosecuting the matter.

Considering the reasons set out in the application and the assurance given by the learned Counsel for the applicant/petitioner that the office objections shall be removed within a period of seven working days, the application is allowed. The writ petition is restored to file. 5.

If the office objections are not removed within the stipulated time, the applicant/petitioner shall deposit costs of Rs. 5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with the Public Welfare Account.
