The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the application is filed for extending the time for compliance of the order dated 29/01/2026 passed in criminal writ petition No. 48/2026 by further period of six weeks from today.

It appears from the record that this Court has disposed of the petition on the statement made by the petitioner that Rs. 10,00,000/- would be deposited before the Sessions Court within four weeks from the date of the order. However, it appears that the applicant has not deposited the said amount and therefore again this application is filed.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that he is not having instructions and his client is not responding him, therefore he seeks permission to withdraw the present application.

Accordingly, permission granted and the application stands disposed of as withdrawn.
