DATED : 22-04-2026 By this application, the applicants are seeking withdrawal of the balance amount which is kept in FDR in the names of applicant Nos. 1 and 2.

The report of the registry shows that the amount of Rs.25,000/- each have been invested in Nationalized Bank for five years under auto renewal system towards share of applicant Nos. 2 and 3 namely, Sachin Suresh Gedam and Akash Suresh Gedam. Now the said amount is approximately Rs.59,000/-. It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the applicants that the costs of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) has already been received by the applicants. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has no objection for the same.

The registry to disburse the amount to the applicants as per their shares on due identification and verification. The application is disposed of accordingly.
