This is an application for condonation of 64 days delay in preferring the appeal under Section 14-A of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 as the bail application of the appellant had been rejected by the Trial Court.

Considering the grounds raised in the application, the application is allowed. The aforesaid delay is condoned.
