The present application is for suspension of sentence of 7 months. I have perused
48-Cr.APPEAL-13-2026 the judgment. The trial Court has suspended the sentence till filing of the appeal. Since the sentence is short-term, I am inclined to suspend the sentence. Hence, the following order:-
O R D E R
(i) The sentence of the applicants is hereby suspended till disposal of the appeal;
(ii) The applicants shall be released on bail on their furnishing P.R. bond to the sum of Rs.50,000/- each with one surety in the like amount;
(iii) The applicants shall remain present before this Court, as and when called;
(iv) The application stands disposed of accordingly.
