CRIMINAL APPLICATION (APPA) NO. 39 OF 2026 1.
This is an Application for suspension of sentence. 2.
Heard both the sides.

The sentence awarded by the learned Trial Court to the Appellant for the offence punishable under Section 353 of the Indian Penal Code is to suffer rigorous imprisonment for three (3) months and to pay a fine of Rs. 3,000/-
2 25) Apeal 18-2026222 (Rs. Three Thousand Only), in default to suffer rigorous imprisonment for fifteen (15) days.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Appellant that the fine has been paid. Hence, the sentence awarded by the learned Trial Court stands suspended till disposal of the Appeal.

The Appellant shall execute fresh P.R. bond in the same amount and same terms and conditions as done by the learned Trial Court suspending the short terms sentence.

The same be done within a period of two weeks. 7.
