The original proceedings were initiated by the appellant Prakash Nagpure against the order of his conviction of 3 years awarded by the Special Judge, Gondia. The appellant has expired and therefore the present applications are taken out for condonation of delay of 75 days in bringing his legal heirs on record and permission to bring legal Rgd.

For the reasons stated in the applications, the same are allowed. Delay is condoned. Legal heirs of deceased appellant are permitted to be brought on record. Necessary substitution be carried out within a period of two weeks.
